Mike Myers was born on 25th of May, 1963, in the Scarborough district of Toronto. He began his acting career as a child in TV adverts in Canada. In 1982, He was graduated from Stephen Leacock High School. After graduation, he accepted into Toronto, Ontario's Second City Comedy troupe.

His father, Eric Myers was a former British army cook and died on November 22, 1991 because of complications of Alzheimer's disease. His mother, Alice Myers was a famous actress. His brother, Paul Myers is a musician and played in the Toronto band Gravelberrys and another one is Peter Myers. Mike Myers is youngest in his family. His wife, Robin Ruzan is a famous actress. They get married on 22nd May 1993 And on 23rd December 2005, they splited from each other.

Mike Myers began his career with the Second City troupe in Toronto. In 1989, he joined the cast of NBC's "Saturday Night Live" and also he joined the SNL team as a writer and recurring cast member. After that he debuted as an actor and co-writer in 'Wayne's World'.

In 1992, his first film, "Wayne's World" was released. In this movie, he was Wayne Campbell. Penelope Spheeris directed the movie with script of Myers. In the theatrical run, the film grossed US$121.6 million and it was the eighth highest grossing film of 1992. In 1993, "Wayne's World 2" followed this movie.

In 1997, with the film "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery", he introduced the world to Austin Powers. In 1998, he was nominated as a favorite comedy actor in Blockbuster Entertainment Awards for this film. Mike Myers played his first non-comedic role in the film "54" (1999). The film was successful, and his performance was praised.
